Original review:Samsung is being too many things to too many people. I HAD a great DVD player but was rendered useless after the automatic firmware update. That was a week before Thanksgiving. The BDP-3600 was an odd shaped player in a high gloss black finish. No complaints and loved the fact I could scream Netflix thru it. THEN firmware update they knew was corrupted was sent out and locked up the player. This was the 4th product from Samsung that was less than 3 years old that needed to be fixed. The HD computer monitors (I was thinking just used them to much) a 42" lcd, power supply went out and then it would not recognize the
HDMI inputs. Now, the Blu-ray which was barely a year old and dead". So I send it in (DVD the rest I tossed) and within a week the send me a scuffed up
refurb that did not work/. Sent it back and have been getting the run-a-round ever since?. They tell me they can not fix it but need to know what I want:. I want a Blu-ray player that works and not a
refurb! They do not call you back, give you bogus extensions and really just understaffed'. I would HIGHLY recommend not buying a SamDung product unless you just like
spending money every 2 years for the same thing,. Over $3000|.00 shot in on year on their
crappy products|. Not happy!!! 128f0c0
