In June 2010 I bought a Samsung 55 inch LED TV, from Samsung Riyadh. In October the TV had lines running across the screen".Although i could still see the picture but the quality was damaged/.I since took it to the Samsung service center and i was told they will not fix the TV because the damage was from water or liquid that seeped in to the TV?.I was not given a service ticket number or anything of the soert!. I have since talked to Samsung middle east and they are no better than their Saudi counter parts|.Finally i was sent a technician from Samsung and he wrote a report that it wasn't water but the power supply that caused the problem?.Later another technician was sent and he wrote a report of the same?.Since then i did not hear from Samsung Saudi Arabia and not from Samsung Middle east who have stopped responding to my emails or telephone calls,.

My advice DO NOT BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT FROM SAUDI ARABIA THEY ARE CROOKS . 128e98a

I have purchased Samsung 46" LED/3D TV from Saudi Arabia, Xtra showroom Dammam (UA46C7000WRXUM-SQ01 -NEQ13MRB200247R).

After 6 months of usage few lines started appearing in the side of TV screen.

When I taken the TV to service centre in Dammam, they were hesitant to attend this case, after much debates they finally accepted, next day they said water gone inside hence this is faulty and they returned TV.

This is not at all true & a pure cheating as we never put water on TV as we were taken xtra care being expensive. One day after service centre man called and said they will replace the TV if I pay additional 4000/-SAR.

Crooked Samsung Electrinics - Koreans training them???

they are a bunch of Crooks and dont bother to service the customers and only focus is to sell only. These guys will kill Samsung brand image in KSA if no action taken soon.

Same thing here in NYC!!! I bought a Vibrant phone which was defective. Samsung tried to repair it first. I just sent in last week for the third time! I'll be damned, they try hard!! They are still trying to repair it and refuse to honor the guarantee by replacing the defective item. To prove it, ticket numbers: 4105051111; 4105559362 (kept phone for 17 days) and 4105802830. Don't ever buy samsung and advise friends and family on the same!!! Make them pay, cheap bastards!!

I have been contacting Samsung customer care for more than 5 months continuesly to break thier heads and they kept giving me false promises to send me someone or someone will talk to me and all bullshit.

I am trying to reach a Korea Office email or contact to break thier head but couldnt find any, please if anyone knows send me.

I saw the same problem on my mother-in-laws Samsung TV, that is just over a year old.....they won't help her .......I don't think its a Saudi problem, its a QC (Quality Control) problem.

I'm in the market for a new TV, and it won't be a Samsung!
