On 12/9/2010 I purchased the HT-C6900W/XAA home theater Bluray system. From the beginning I had internet connectivity issues. After spending two months going back and forth with my ISP and troubleshooting various issues it was finally determined that the network card in the unit was bad. On 2/3/11 I was finally able to get Samsung to agree to fix the unit. It was shipped, repaired and sent back on 2/22/11. I received it on 2/24/11 and immediately upon opening the box discovered that the unit had been damaged. By the appearance of the box and the way the unit was packed this was clearly packaged broken. I immediately called Samsung and spoke with Agent 59 in Executive Services. She assured me that she would take care of things and that I needed to send pictures documenting the damage. She told me that UPS would return to get the unit and this process would take approximately 8 days. I emailed the pictures and called to followup the next week (3/3). I was informed by Agent 111 that the pictures had not been received and that nothing had been done. I emailed her the pictures while she was on the phone and she assured me that UPS would arrive within the next three days to pick up the unit". Still nothing/. I called back and spoke to agent 48?. He could find nothing on my problem and we started the process over again:. UPS finally picked up the unit on 3/8'. As of today, 3/18 I am now being told to expect a replacement unit within 7-9 business days". The delay I am told was because originally they were going to fix it, but could not get the part|. The unit was unrepairable in my opinion when I sent it back to them the second time;.

With customer service like this I am not sure how this company continues to be ranked so high. 128f05b

Very bad customer support is providing by Samsung Riyadh, they are not able to replace spareparts,  

 

dont buy any samsoung product, if any complaint came they will not repaire it.

I have the same problem in my samsung clp 300 printer. and i visit their customer service center here in riyadh for repair. supringsingly they DO NOT REPAIR SAMSUNG PRINTERS!!!!! WHY???  

SAMSUNG COMPANY IS MAKING A BAD REPUTATION FOR THEIR STPD EMPLOYEES WHO HAS NO KNOWLEDGE IN THEIR OWN SPECIFIC FIELD....WHY???

I totally agree that Samsung Saudi/ Matbouli group is a crook.. 

Same bad serivce I had. My new split AC AS24UUA was not working properly few days after installation and they sent me after 15 days of call stpd technician who screw up my AC and it is not working at all now, he made it worse. 

I have been contacting Samsung customer care for more than 5 months continuesly to break thier heads and they kept giving me false promises to send me someone or someone will talk to me and all bullshit.  

I am trying to reach a Korea Office email or contact to break thier head but couldnt find any, please if anyone knows send me.

Well its April 7th and still nothing. I was eventually contacted after posting here (coincidence??) and they agreed to send me a new unit but needed the speakers returned. They stated as soon as they received confirmation that the speakers were shipped they would send the new unit. Well the speakers were shipped and by their own admission were received, but they have not shipped the new unit yet. Again, I was promised a call back (forgive me if I don't hold my breath) to let me know what the tracking number is. Four months since the beginning of this disaster and no resolution yet. LARGE SIGH
