Bought a samsung refrigerater in Oct 2010 a year later and the refrigerater is not working, trying to get a samsung dealer to assist extremely difficult

At firts the food in the frige department was freezing no matter what temp the fridge is set out 2 days later fridge not cooling at all. Service center not interested in my problem. Spoke to the dealer Bawadi Mall- who in front of me called them and send a e-mail with the proble- company denied that they received the complaint it took 2 days to get them to come out and they did not even bring parts or equipment to fix the problem 128efca
