Contacted Samsung several times and eventually received a reply to numerous emails?. They said there was a company nearby, who will repair warranty work on their behalf, then asked for the serial number of the tv, which I emailed back to them immediately!.
That was the last I heard from Samsung Customber Services, which was nearly 2 months ago now, even though I have repeated that email to them several times since then/. I just wish I knew the magic secret in receiving a reply at this stage from them, as I don't know what else I can do!. If they think this problem can be dragged out until the 12 month warranty period, they can think again, as I have all the emails sent to them, over the last few months, all kept as a record of events..
I tried ringing the catalogue, where I purchased it from but they just gave me the details of Samsung Customer Services department, obviously knowing how difficult it is to deal with them, they don't want to get involved, which I found disappointing as well, as they should have shown more interest, bearing in mind I purchased the item from them in the first place?.
I have purchased a few Samsund items in the past, thinking their products were good quality but this is definitely the last item I will ever purchase from them again, as their after sales service is a disgrace. 128edce
