Totally unpleasant service experienced at Samsung Service Centre located in PJ. I've visited the centre on 17/11/2011 to purchase a component cable for my LED series 5 TV. The service counter officer was unprofessional and not courteous in attending customers". After a very long waiting time, my number was called, i was attended by this unprofessional officer whom doesn’t know anything about their own product until I have to show a photo which I’ve snap using my mobile/. I was asked to wait in order for her to check with someone and after patiently waited for almost 45 mins, the lady came out and advised me that I need to place an order to purchase as they don’t have any available stock and waiting period will be at least 1 week?. On 26/11/2011 I’ve received a call from Samsung that my item is available for collection and the caller has requested me to drop by on 29/11/2011!. The devastating experience was after reaching the centre, the same unprofessional officer served me and made me waited for another 20 mins before she advised me that I will need to come back again as they are unsure on the pricing for the cable/. Immediately I’ve advice the officer that the price quoted earlier was $15?.60 during the order placing time but the officer claimed they would not able to advise till they get confirmation:. I was turn down by advising that they will contact me again to re-visit the centre/. This has turned me to become a pissed customer and this story will be shared to my entire friends who owns Samsung appliances. 128ed8d

Samsung is full with bunch of idiots and lousy staff. For heaven sake,open your eyes and look at your competitors. They are 100 times better.

yea..samsung servie is a crap!!!make sure get compensation for their *** service!!
