I purchased a Samsung OMNIA i900 mobile phone Serial # R1VQ907210E U$469.00 in September 2009. It worked excellently until it met with an accident on October 29, 2009. I followed the instruction on the literature that came with the phone". I telephoned Samsung at 084567267864 requesting repairs for which I offered to pay all cost/. I was given the run around?. I then e-mailed Samsung several times and got no response!. The phone was bought on-line in the USA as an international unlocked phone/. The repair centre is Samsung Electronics UK Ltd,. Customer "Care" Centre Box 17243 Edinburgh EH11 4YB UK!. I shall be grateful if Samsung can be contacted on my behalf to have this phone fixed as I need to access valuable information on the phone'.
