I bought a Samsung Range NE59J3420SS/AA from Sears November 23, 2015 the day before Thanksgiving since then I have had problems with the product first the discoloration of the cooktop is awful, I called Samsung and was told that was normal and that the range was fine. My less-than-one-year-old refrigerator was under warranty. After telling me on the phone that it was not under warranty, I provided them with the proper receipt. Finally I got a repairman out who fixed the appliance. Then the appliance repair company called and said that Samsung refused to pay the bill because the refrigerator was 2 years old. I had to send the receipt again to the repair company. I've gone through agony and lots of wasted time... Read more

I definitely have to agree with other complaints regarding service as well as product. My dryer stopped heating 5 months after purchasing it. It has been almost 3 months and it still has yet to be repaired. The toubleshooting Samsung required me to do while over the phone caused the dryer to no longer work at all. I bought a Samsung top load washer in 2013. I have had to replace the tension rods that hold the tube in place at a cost of 345.00 within 2 years, now the wiring harness and the "hall sensor" are bad, cannot buy sensor without replacing motor at a cost of 415.00. A washing machine should last more than three years without spending more than your initial investment repairing it. This is a piece of *** and I will never buy another Samsung... Read more

They can fix their own phones it is bad when you can not fix it you just void it's warranty . This is bad service and I do not recommend any one to buy any samsung products

I have a SAMSUNG computer for about 4 years, and my computer it was working fine, until the windows 10 stop to work. I called SAMSUNG, costumer service and a lady, told me that it was a very easy task to fix my computer. She guide me step by step to fix it and she just restated my computer as a new one. Our Samsung front loading dryer, which is less than 1 year old, stopped heating. Something broke in the heat exchanger or a circuit fried or who knows what? I'm not a dryer technician. I purchased a Samsung S5 in mid June it worked great for about 2 months. Then I started experiencing problems with the phone - it would freeze up, it would not turn on.
